Our Projects
Farms at Work began its Native Pollinator Program in 2011. Our projects focus on education and on-the-ground conservation work.
We engage in projects that
- Raise awareness about the role, diversity and importance of non-honey bee species of pollinators in Ontario;
- Raise awareness about threats facing native pollinators in Ontario and to suggest practical ways forward;
- Support the creation of safe habitat for pollinators on and around farms in Ontario
